Bek and Siri bring on Maricarmen to talk about how she's changed since being part of Team Sirius and how Siri
she knew she was going to be great.  And learn from Maricarmen's mistakes during her race as she recalls some of the things that occurred.

When it comes to accomplishing your goals, there are three things you want to do in order to get to them:
- Say it out loud if you mean it.
- Think positive and that you're going to do it.
- Train yourself to be determined, even on the bad days.

If you are achieving, but not being fulfilled, change your mindset. 

Surround yourself with people who don't complain or beat themselves up. Your thoughts and actions should be in sync of serving your goal.
